Do these build fine against libmng/experimental?
Should I ping maintainers/file a bug against these packages to test,
or do I need to do it myself?
Normally you would do it yourself. You can use src:ratt, a custom script or e.g.
debusine to help you do it, but it should be relatively straightforward.
