Packages from unstable don't just get pulled into point releases, I'm
afraid. Someone needs to prepare an update, following e.g.
https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-announce/2025/08/msg00003.html ,
build and test that on stable and get it approved.

The window for getting such updates into the 13.1 point release closes
this weekend.

>From a quick look at the diff beteween the unstable and testing
versions of the package, the metadata changes (debhelper version, at
least) aren't really appropriate for a stable update, but may be OK if
it can be demonstrated that they don't change the generated binary
packages.
