Just an update: libxml2-16, libxslt and libxmlsec1-1 have all
migrated. There are a couple of binNMUs still building, but now it's
just a matter of fixing or removing the remaining packages.

Is there a reason why src:libxml2.9 exists, instead of just having a
cruft library in testing as with other transitions?

If there is not, an RC bug might autoremove it back out of testing.

At some point removal would then also be good, since it confuses the
BTS in two ways:
- bugs reported against the binary package libxml2 in stable might
   show up at https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?src=libxml2.9
- src:foo and existing but foo built from src:bar is not handled well

the libxml.so.2 is part of the LSB standard.
