Is there a reason why src:libxml2.9 exists, instead of just having a
cruft library in testing as with other transitions?
If there is not, an RC bug might autoremove it back out of testing.
At some point removal would then also be good, since it confuses the
BTS in two ways:
- bugs reported against the binary package libxml2 in stable might
show up at https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?src=libxml2.9
- src:foo and existing but foo built from src:bar is not handled well
