Severity: normal

Please unblock package dutch

[ Reason ]
The version of dutch in testing uses a Hunspell dictionary name that cannot be
enumerated by LibreOffice. This is reported in #1109253.

[ Impact ]
Users of LibreOffice cannot use Dutch as their spell-checking language.

[ Tests ]
I manually tested the fixed package, which changes the dictionary file names
from nl to nl_NL, in LibreOffice and was able to successfully enable Dutch
spell checking with the dictionary file name format LibreOffice knows how to
enumerate.

[ Risks ]
The code change is trivial (only the file names of the installed dictionaries
are changed, not their contents).

[ Checklist ]
[X] all changes are documented in the d/changelog
[X] I reviewed all changes and I approve them
[X] attach debdiff against the package in testing

unblock dutch/1:2.20.19+1-2
