Please unblock package latest version of MariaDB 11.8 LTS.

I am pre-emptively filing this so release team has visibility that the current MariaDB 11.8.1 version in Trixie will soon be superseded by version 11.8.2, which is the GA release of the 11.8 series.

The MariaDB 11.8 series is long-term supported and hence I am targeting to have it in Trixie. The upstream release should be available within a week and have enough time to make it into Trixie via unstable, instead of going into as a stable update post release.

Hi Otto,

And hence I unblocked it.

Can you do yourself and us a service and refrain from telling us each time why you don't need to follow the procedures that we came up with? You don't need to agree with the procedures, but we're delegated to handle the release process and as such we define it. It doesn't help anybody to try and bend the rules every time you interact with us.
