Package: release.debian.org Severity: normal X-Debbugs-Cc: geeqie@packages.debian.org Control: affects -1 + src:geeqie User: release.debian.org@packages.debian.org Usertags: unblock Please unblock package geeqie (pre-approval) [ Reason ] Fixing crash that might be somewhat common. Selecting "Autocompletion of Keywords" from the menu before the sidebar hasn't been shown (and thus initialised) will cause the crash. [ Impact ] Program crash if trying to use Autocompletion of Keywords from the menu under some circumstances. [ Tests ] I have tested so that the program doesn't crash after the patch. [ Risks ] Code is simple, small fix, leaf package. [ Checklist ] [x] all changes are documented in the d/changelog [x] I reviewed all changes and I approve them [x] attach debdiff against the package in testing [ Other info ] The original upstream patch unfortunately adds translation changes (added strings for a notification), which causes the tests in geeqie to fail. Because of this I have added changes so that the tests doesn't look for untranslated strings in the files (bar-keywords.cc) involved in the patch. unblock geeqie/2.5-6Attachment: geeqie_fix_1107397.debdiff
