As I'm not the maintainer of birdtray formally I can't request a removal of the affected binary package on s390x, so the question for me atm is how to get this managed?
There are a multitude of reasons why one would request removal. Being the maintainer isn't required for most of them, except for ROM.
How does the Release Team looking on such cases?
Please just file the removal request explaining the situation. As an exception, I have added a allow-uninst hint for now.
