Control: affects -1 + src:libunibreak

Hi,

I'd like to request a transition slot for the much needed update of the
libunibreak library (from 1.1 to 5.1).

The only dependency in Debian is fbreader, which I verified that builds
fine using the new version of libunibreak.

Ben file:

title = "libunibreak";
is_affected = .depends ~ "libunibreak1" | .depends ~ "libunibreak5";
is_good = .depends ~ "libunibreak5";
is_bad = .depends ~ "libunibreak1";

Thanks,
