Hi RMs,

Small transition of rocksdb as only two packages are affected: balboa
and sortmerna. Both build fine with the 8.5.3 version of rocksdb
already in experimental.
Only thing to mention is that the testing version of sortmerna doesn't
build with the new rocksdb version - but as I know it doesn't cause
any issue as binNMUs happen in unstable.

The old binaries got removed from testing.
