That works. I believe a +deb will be synced (prop-ed-up) to unstable, such that both versions are in sync. I don't have a strong preference, but I think that sync makes it a bit cleaner in the end so I suggest you do that.
pocl is tightly coupled to llvm and for support of a newer llvm version, a new pocl release is needed
