Btw, I just want to make a little comment on this: It's never in vain,
because once it's uploaded it has pre-advance testing for those
looking at the proposed-updates before a point release. If a further
update is needed this can be done then on top. You will see some cases
where you have multiple uploas done there (for making a own example, I
prepared src:mailman updates which did not warrant a DSA, with one
last upload including regression fixes) and so resulted in conclusive
right now 4 versions in
https://release.debian.org/proposed-updates/oldstable.html
