Bug#990231: unblock: uimaj/2.10.2-4

Package: release.debian.org
Severity: normal
User: release.debian.org@packages.debian.org
Usertags: unblock

Dear Release Managers, please unblock package uimaj.

[ Reason ]
Version 2.10.2-4 removes the empty package libuima-adapter-soap-java and
thereby resolves a grave bug filed against uimaj.

https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=987461

[ Tests ]
Upgrades were tested manually by both Hideki Yamane and myself.

[ Risks ]
The libuima-adapter-soap-java has no reverse dependencies and there are
no functional changes.

[ Checklist ]
[x] all changes are documented in the d/changelog
[x] I reviewed all changes and I approve them
[x] attach debdiff against the package in testing

Thank you for considering this unblock request.

Cheers,
tony
