Done. I've committed the fix to flatbuffers' packaging repo a month
ago and now I've NMUd it.

Yes, I took a quick look. Zip file reading seems to be broken and
since kodi is not used on s390x I don't plan triaging that further.
Anyone interested can pick that up, but IMO building s390x binaries
for kodi does not benefit our users.
