Hello!

lib3mf_1.8.1+ds-3 contains an update to the symbols file which fixes
an FTBFS on amd64 (#924841) [1]. Since just a single symbol had to be
updated, the attached debdiff is very small.

lib3mf is necessary for OpenSCAD which is a popular CAD package widely
used for 3D printer modelling among other things, so we should make
sure the lib3mf package ships with Buster.

Unblocked on the assumption that the #MISSING is intentional (given it
is the only real change). Honestly, I thought you would have to mark the
symbol as optional ...
