Please unblock package ruby-handlebars-assets
This fixes regression in autopkgtest introduced by rails 2:5.2.2+dfsg-6
(which is a blocker for rails migration to testing)
This also updates dependency on libjs-handlebars to 3:4.1 which fixes a
security issue.
