nmu pandoc-citeproc-preamble_1.2.3 . ANY . buster . -m "Rebuild against newer libghc-pandoc-types-dev."

pandoc-citeproc-preamble exits with a type error right now, but a simple
rebuild is enough to fix the problem.

I'm requesting the binnmu in the buster suite because that's what I'm
running, but the problem is in both sid and buster. Please excuse my
ignorance regarding the interactions between binNMUs in sid and in
testing.

Normally I would request a proper fix, but since this is haskell I went ahead
and did the binNMU. But please file the bug at severity >= important.

Cheers,
