Phil has reuploaded 'topal' to unstable, so it now belongs to this category.

After some thought, 'ada-reference-manual' is not part of the
transition.  'gnat' is used during the build to format
architecture-independent documentations, but libgnat does not appear
in binary package dependencies.  This line can probably be forgotten.
