We can't move (or binNMU) a package from experimental to unstable. So you'll
need to do uploads in those cases.

For the two packages that are ready in unstable (music123 and
ada-reference-manual) I could schedule binNMUs. Just let me know when we are
ready to do that.

For testing removal, I can do that as part of this transition bug, no need for
separate ones.
