Hi,

could you please binNMU these, I hand tested if they build now and they do:

- owfs
- php-facedetect
- php-geos
- php-horde-lz4
- php-luasandbox
- remctl
- uwsgi-plugin-php
- wikidiff2

RC bug filled:
- kopanocore
- php-mailparse (doesn’t have support)

- kopanocore also has changed symbols related to g++ transition, so it needs another fix

Fixed since last time:
- zeroc-ice
- php-pinba
