webkit2gtk is uninstallable in unstable because it needs to be rebuilt
against the new gstreamer release. (gstreamer set its dependency
relationships very tightly).
Here's a guess at the wanna-build syntax:
nmu webkit2gtk_2.18.6-1 . ANY . unstable . -m "Rebuild against
gst-plugins-bad1.0 1.14.0-1"
dw gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad_1.14.0-1 . ANY . -m
'gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad (>= 1.14.0)'

I'm uploading a new version now to unstable that doesn't depend on
gst-plugins-bad, so this is not necessary. I'm closing this bug.
