Sounds like an ABI break in libossim, which would need a SONAME bump or at the
very least a package rename or some Breaks.

OSSIM upstream is not great, we cannot expect them to do proper library versioning unfortunately.

I'll add Breaks for the two OTB libraries that depend on libossim1.
