The bash package is missing on the ncurses transition tracker[1] since
it Pre-Depends rather than Depends on libtinfo5.  Rather than fight with
the ben syntax to add it there, I prefer to file a separate binNMU
request which is easier for me to get right.

nmu bash_4.4.18-2 . ANY . unstable . -m "Rebuild against libtinfo6."
