Hi,

as $subject, please age the pykde4 in unstable so it migrates to
testing: this (together with the other rebuilds [1][2]) will drop the
kdepim-runtime usage from non-kdepim5 stuff, and thus hopefully allow
kdepim-runtime 17.08.3 (with the rest of the kdepim 5 stack in unstable)
to migrate to testing.

pykde4 migrated to testing today, so this is no more needed.
