Rebuilds needed to drop kdepim-runtime dependency

Hi,

src:kdepimlibs (which uses Qt4/kdelibs 4.x) used to inject
kdepim-runtime via symbols files as runtime dependency for most of the
libraries: this was done because they sort of needed the "runtime"
parts. However, when most of the KDEPIM stack (kdepim-runtime included)
was updated to Qt5/KF5, we forgot to drop this injection in kdepimlibs,
so the few kdelibs 4.x applications left still using kdepimlibs install
also components they are not able to use. This came to light yesterday,
when updating the KDEPIM stack to a newer version, as kdepim-runtime
will not be available on all the architectures due to the indirect use
of QtWebEngine (which is not portable).

I just uploaded kdepimlibs 4:4.14.10-9 to unstable, removing the
kdepim-runtime injection. Can you please schedule few binNMUs in
unstable (with proper dep-wait), to remove the dependency in packages?
The list of affected sources is short:

baloo kdepim4 kdewebdev kmymoney kraft pykde4
(theoretically there is syncevolution too, but it FTBFSes already for
other reasons)

Apologies for the late heads-up on this.

Thanks,
