libvlccore bumped its SONAME from 8 to 9. So please binNMU the two reverse
dependencies:

nmu goldencheetah_1:3.5~DEV1710-1.1 . ANY . unstable . -m "Rebuild against libvlccore9."
nmu phonon-backend-vlc_0.9.0-2 . ANY . unstable . -m "Rebuild against libvlccore9."

There's a transition tracker for this, so I would have eventually scheduled
these (in fact I was waiting for some vlc builds). Scheduled now anyway.
