Where do I find this log? I failed to find it. Is the location
documented somewhere? It would be nice if that could be linked from the
tracker, e.g. https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/rdma-core points to
https://release.debian.org/britney/update_excuses.html#rdma-core

There's a link on https://www.debian.org/devel/testing which will work ("the update output"), albeit via a redirect from ftp-master.d.o to release.d.o. As a DD, you can SSH to respighi.debian.org and look at /srv/release.debian.org/www/britney/ - update_output.* are the most recent versions, with older logs in the "update_output" directory.
