I have no idea why r-cran-rcpp was not bin-NMU-ed but I would need a
rebuild against r-api-3.4 to upload r-cran-dplyr. R-cran-dplyr also
needs manual upload of r-cran-pkgkitten.
Graham, just for your information: The issue with test suite was solved
in SVN but I somehow missed to upload. Sorry.
