firefox-esr migrated, and now has a maintainer upload so hopefully won't
need a binNMU. It does not yet build though, because it depends on an
unavailable version of libsqlite (so we'll possibly need to transition that
when it happens, to unblock this one).

Or we could do removals, but that feels a bit ew.
