Please unblock package ora2pg

Hello,
I've uploaded a new version of ora2pg to experimental, it is a new
upstream release which allows us to ship it as part of main instead of
contrib as it no longer depends on Oracle libraries

It has the same dependencies as the previous version, 17.6-1 already on
sid

thanks

unblock ora2pg/18.0-1

This is great, but unfortunately the diff is is too big and I'm afraid it's too
late to introduce this kind of changes. The risk of regressions is too big, and
it outweighs the benefits of moving the package to main.

I'm afraid this will have to wait. It can be uploaded to stretch-backports once
stretch is released so people can install it from there, whether they want it
because it doesn't require libdbd-oracle-perl or because of changes in the new
version.

Thanks for your work in any case.

Cheers,
Emilio
