Dear release team,
I kindly ask for advice in how to address this situation.
Problems:
* I updated libxtables to an upstream snapshot release
* I missed the update triggers a transition
* Therefore, I missed the transition freeze deadline
* Bugs happened.
In the meantime, my plan is to upload a fix for #844755.
