I'm asking because the PostgreSQL people want to know if they need to add support for OpenSSL 1.1 in the older release branches (9.2 .. 9.4), or if patching 9.5 .. 10 is enough for now. (Alternatively, would stretch have OpenSSL 1.0 next to 1.1? This seems unlikely, but just to confirm?) Thanks, Christoph
