tesseract and openalpr had source uploads. gimagereader, too, but
picked up the old lib on hurd. So this leaves us with

nmu gimagereader_3.1.2+git368fa8f-2 . hurd-i386 . unstable . -m "Rebuild against libtesseract3."
nmu sikuli_1.0~x~rc3.tesseract3-dfsg1-12 . ANY . unstable . -m "Rebuild against libtesseract3."


Scheduled.

I hope the ABI was really fixed as stated on #815056.
