clamav itself has now built everywhere - yay - but we still need to deal
with the FTBFS of c-icap-modules (which doesn't appear to be clamav's
fault, but is blocking this being complete).

[I'm also pondering whether we should re-binNMU things just on the
off-chance that the updated patch makes any difference to anything]
