Bug#796835: transition: ncurses

I had a look at the state of the ncurses transition and found
a few packages have been missed and were not binNMUed, yet:

# (libsl0-heimdal will pick up a new dependency on libtinfo5)
nmu logol_1.7.2-2 . ANY . "Rebuild against ncurses 6.0."
# (logol-bin should pick up a versioned dependency on libncursesw5)
I built and uploaded a few binNMUs for non-free non-autobuild
packages: frobtads, ngspice, tome.
The ben file should probably be adjusted and also accept
libncursesw?5-dev as good (affects e.g. ecl, r-base).
