By conditionally do you mean guarded by #ifdefs ?

Anyway, let's go ahead with this. The three libraries that are part of the
libstdc++ transition and haven't been renamed yet are gdcm and libzypp, which
aren't in testing, and pjproject, which I may remove from testing if it doesn't
get fixed soon.
