Hi!

The migration/testing.pl script does not understand build-profiles,
such as the ones used in the dpkg source package. The page has this
output <https://release.debian.org/migration/testing.pl?package=dpkg>:

 dpkg depends on libio-string-perl , which is not available in testing
    libio-string-perl is not available in Debian

With libio-string-perl being a link to

and «is not available in Debian» being a link to
<http://packages.qa.debian.org/libio-string-perl%20%3C!nocheck%3E>.
