Hey,

I'd like to update how-can-i-help with a patch that fixes grave bug #787471.

It appears that all http request sent to UDD are now redirected through https.
how-can-i-help was unable to handle that so the patch switched data source
from http to https. Without this patch, how-can-i-help is left in an
unusable state.

debdiff attached.

Thanks!
