This upload solves the upgrade problem reported in
#775390 and #775548.

The patch applied was this one:

Unblocked, thanks.

For future reference, we prefer the *source* debdiff in addition/instead
of the binary debdiff.  I.e. please run debdiff on the .dsc files.
