I've prepared the fixed packages. Since i've retained the 'blt'
package (it became
a dummy one), the transition isn't strictly necessary. If a package
which build-depends
on blt-dev rebuilds, it gets a new dependency on libblt2.5-8.6. Otherwise,
it just keeps depending on blt which is fine as blt won't go anywhere.

On the other hand, I've reviewed the licenses for the source codes and
found a few
disturbing files. They are library/dd_protocols/*.tcl (I've attached
one of them here).
The copyright statement stands: Copyright (c) 1993  AT&T  All Rights Reserved
So, I'm unsure what to do now.
