If the test suite passes, it's a good sign that that the module works.
Until you have found a specific problem, I'll assume that nothing else
is needed.

I just fixed the test suite, I didn't change anything to the main code.

The same test suite fix is needed for django-testscenarios and again
it's not the code that is broken, but only the test suite. So that
explains why the test suite of django-restricted-resource was working
even though django-testscenarios appears broken for you.

That's possible. Ask for help if needed. But don't block the work of other
by officially asking the release team to forbid the switch to Django 1.7.
just because you lack time.

Your behaviour is rather unhelpful. And given that you/Linaro are upstream
of this piece of code, it's doubly disappointing to see such a lack of
responsibility.
