Please unblock package vim-addon-mw-utils

Fix for RC bug #773184. The changes since version 0.1-4 are tiny and they
consist of:

  * Addedd vim-addon-mw-utils.dirs and deleted vim-addon-mw-utils.postrm
    to prevent the removal of directories owned by vim-common
    (Closes: #773184)
