The upstream developer wants it to not ship with jessie.  I guess the
reasoning is somewhat questionable, but it's what has been asked for
in #771505.

The maintainer seems to agree (he upgraded the bug to serious), so I added a
removal hint. It would have been auto-removed in a few days anyway.
