Package: release.debian.org Severity: normal User: release.debian.org@packages.debian.org Usertags: unblock Hello, unblock espeakup/1:0.71-18 1:0.71-17 was uploaded early November to fix spelling keystrokes and char-by-char echo by using espeak's tts:char. This unfortunately introduced #770753: “that will say capital letters as "capital-foo", instead of just raising the tone, making it tedious to hear when typing capital text.”. I have uploaded 1:0.71-18, which uses "characters" instead of "tts:char", fixing the issue, could you unblock it? Thanks, Samuel -- System Information: Debian Release: jessie/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (500, 'buildd-unstable'), (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'stable'), (500, 'oldstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 3.17.0 (SMP w/8 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=fr_FR.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=fr_FR.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash -- Samuel I develop for Linux for a living, I used to develop for DOS. Going from DOS to Linux is like trading a glider for an F117. (By entropy@world.std.com, Lawrence Foard)
