I thought that: New package goes into SID = no real problem.
The frozen set of packages come from testing, not Sid, so as long
as procps wasn't moved from Sid to testing, then it would not
mess up the "don't change libraries" stage we're in now.
So Jessie has 1:3.3.9-7 and Sid has 1:3.3.10-1 and when the freeze
comes its all based on Jessie which is 1:3.3.9-7 which doesn't have
the API change.
Isn't just a case of ensuring that 1:3.3.10-1 does not move into
Jessie and it's all ok? Wouldn't merely a RC bug stop that?
Is there something more to this problem I'm missing? I get its not
the ideal situation.
