Hi,

I'd like to start a small transition for upower 0.99.1.

The IsDocked property, along with the *_is_docked symbols from
libupower-glib, were dropped, resulting in the soname bump.

Fortunately, none of the rdepends in Debian used those symbols, so all
that is required is a round of binNMUs.

upower 0.99.1 is currently available in experimental.

Let me know when I can upload to unstable.
