Hi,
The bug #689318 is quite old, and this was fixed upstream a long time
ago in their master branch. Therefore, the bug isn't present in
Unstable. You can see this by following the bug to launchpad, then to
the OpenStack gerrit:

See the Status *Merged* thing. This was merged in Jun 19, 2012 (and
Unstable has the last release from April.
