That should be fine, since the boost versions are separate source
packages, the boost-defaults switch can be delayed until the new one is
in testing, so nothing is held back.

As this is needed for apache 2.4, feel free to go ahead.  Note that
qpid-cpp seems to build-depend on libxmltooling5 (wtf?) so that will
have to be fixed as well.
