Same place. It's all in Alioth. It's just in the debian/experimental
branch instead of debian/unstable. If you wish, you can use the
openstack-auto-builder.git script to build all of our packages.

I'm not sure what you mean by the above or what your intentions are.
Anyway you choose, you will need some version replaces+breaks IMO, but I
don't see it as a problem.
