Package: release.debian.org Severity: normal User: release.debian.org@packages.debian.org Usertags: transition I would like to upload Libav 9 to unstable at your earliest convinience. To get an overview about the size and impact of the transition, I would like to drag your attention to the Ubuntu transition tracker page here: http://people.canonical.com/~ubuntu-archive/transitions/libav.html Note that the transition has not started yet, most of the packages have already been transitioned either in experimental or, on the ubuntu side, the motumedia PPA. The transition parameters also apply to debian, so I'd really appreciate if you could setup a similar page on http://release.debian.org/transitions/ as well. Congratualations on the wheezy release and Cheers, Reinhard -- System Information: Debian Release: 6.0.7 APT prefers oldstable APT policy: (500, 'oldstable'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.32-5-686 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=de_DE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash
